RWS Notifications is a personal, non-commercial SMS notification service that delivers weather alerts and other notifications to opted-in recipients.
2. Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you consent to receive SMS notifications from RWS Notifications.
3. Opt-In and Opt-Out
Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
4. No Guarantee of Delivery
RWS Notifications does not guarantee the delivery, accuracy, or timeliness of any notification, including weather alerts. Do not rely solely on this service for emergency information.
5. Limitation of Liability
RWS Notifications is a hobby project provided as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on this service.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
